Innovia Solutions, LLC runs this site. This page says what happens to information you send us through it.

The interest form

The form asks for your name, email address, and a description of your problem, and optionally your phone number and company. That information is emailed to us and kept in our email account so we can reply. We use it to answer you and to discuss possible work. We do not sell it, rent it, or send marketing to it.

Spam protection and hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the form submission and, like any web host, logs the request. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile checks your browser and connection for signs of automation. Cloudflare's own privacy terms cover both.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. Turnstile may store a short-lived token in your browser to remember that its check passed.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in our email account while a conversation is open and for up to two years afterward, in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
